We love it when the friends of the bride & groom really express themselves during the reception. It results in some very touching & sometimes hilarious narrative… bringing the final video alive with personality and character. Wes and Rosy had a beautiful wedding at La Valencia in La Jolla, CA and their not so shy friends brought a lot of love and a lot of laughter to the evening. Mike & Kristina wanted to tell their guests the story of what lead to their wedding in San Diego last month, to give them the answer to “why” they had fallen in love. Played during their reception, there was laughter, tears, and new memories made. Last Friday we enjoyed shooting the wedding of Clarissa & Joseph at the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park, San Diego. Since they had decided to get married in the MOPA theater they came to us for a short film that could be played on the theater screen just before they walked down they isle. We really had a great time shooting this short love story and we must admit, it was pretty cool to see it on the big screen…

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego… the perfect setting for a sweet romantic May wedding. This couple was super fun… Scott was especially fond of the camera and Kelsey was just plain stunning! Watching them you knew this was a couple that loved their friends, loved their family, and loved to laugh. All these elements brought a very special carefree happy feeling to their San Diego wedding. We created a super 8 wedding film for Matthew and Honor to reflect their unique style and show off the vintage undertones of their day. Home movies never looked so good…
Captured in Hi Definition. Merilee Hennings of Ever After Events coordinated the wedding of Michael and Trisha at the Estancia Hotel in La Jolla. Everything was done beautifully. Even an unexpected rain storm did not mar the day. From the stunning florals done by Annette Gomez to the swank music of Wayne Foster it was an evening to remember. We really enjoyed working with photographer Dean Barker in capturing this event as well.
